Coordinator, Order Management Cobra

Your Mission

  • Handle order entry, planning, order fulfilment & expediting
  • Follow up purchase orders with internal departments & vendors proactively
  • Monitor status of open and outstanding orders
  • Monitor possible bottlenecks and solve with internal departments / vendors
  • Update customers on order changes
  • Follow up payment process with Accounting department & customers
  • Assist manager in reports preparation
  • Other ad-hoc projects / tasks assigned by supervisor / manager
  • Travelling to China is needed

    • Your Talent

  • Higher Diploma in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in order management / shipping field is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS office, especially advanced in Excel
  • Good communication skills in English and Putonghua
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and independent
