MorganStanley’s Investment Banking Division (IBD) provides industry, country andproduct expertise in order to develop and execute innovative and customizedsolutions to the most challenging strategic and financing issues clients face.

  • These solutions include for example : initial public offerings; equity andequity-linked financings; mergers, acquisitions and restructurings;
  • defenseadvisory assignments; strategic partnerships; debt placements; sharerepurchases; and hedging, swaps and derivatives etc.

    TheAsia Pacific IPO Documentation team is responsible for the day to day supportof banking deal teams executing initial public offerings, specifically toensure requirements relating to due diligence records and deal documentationare met.

    Role and Responsibilities :

    Weare looking for an IPO Documentation Professional to support the execution ofHong Kong sponsor initial public offerings (HK IPO).

  • The successful candidatewill : play an important role working closely with HK IPO deal teams to ensurerequirements relating to due diligence records and deal documentation are met;
  • provide support implementing Asia Pacific IBD risk and controls; and providesupport with implementing strategic Asia Pacific IBD management initiatives.

    Skill required :

  • Have at least 2 years professional services or legal experience working on corporate finance transactions, including Hong Kong IPOs
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate and master files, spreadsheets and documents important
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin are essential
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or law
