custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Investment Operations Service Delivery .
Perform the oversightduties for the FINS Data team efficiently with the support from InvestmentOperations team and maintain accuracy of static and dynamic data for middleoffice clients
Contribute to operation readiness and support the business development lifecycle from initiation to implementation and rollout
Document business requirements and maintain up to date procedures
Provide clear escalation, reporting guidelines and support to the team
Ensure the team has prompt resolution and delivery of service provided to our clients within the agreed SLA time frames
Methodically monitor and track SLA breaches and Identify change and system enhancement requirements
Analyse process gaps and improvement needs to streamline processes
Drive procedural changes if and when inefficiencies are recognised
Project management of smaller tactical enhancements across our operating model, transforming the process offshore, within approved budgets and with business requirements fulfilled
Ensure the team follows through with all new client onboarding to completion
Conduct post implementation or migration reviews with Client Service teams to check completeness of work and to obtain feedback to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor and provide oversight of the team in Guangzhou, ensuring capabilities and business processes are ready to support upcoming and future business needs
Continually reassess the operational risks inherent in the department, taking account of regional specific economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings and the impact of new technology
Degree holder in relevant disciplines and strong knowledge in securities along with demonstrated management experience
A proven understanding of all asset classes, Equity, Debt, Derivatives, and trade capture lifecycle management
A working knowledge of Securities Trading confirmation and settlement procedures and market practice, including the use of Electronic Trade Confirmations and SWIFT settlement message types
Good knowledge of Middle Office operation preferably with a hands on knowledge to operate nCOMS, HSBCNet, Multifonds, MarkitEDM and TradeFlow
Knowledge of OTC Derivative products and all asset classes
Good understanding of relevant anti money laundering legislation and how it impacts the FS service model
Ability to prioritize workloads and work quickly and accurately with good attention to detail
Fluency in Chinese and English
