Enterprise IP Networking Solution Presales Specialist

Main Responsibilities :

  • Support all pre-sales activities in the region (Hong Kong and Macau).
  • Work with sales team closely to explore sales opportunities and turn into revenues. Translate customers' business requirements and opportunities into technical solutions.
  • Generate equipment BoQ and pricing table accurately based on customers' and channel partners' requirements
  • Conduct solution and product presentation to customers and partners.
  • Prepare technical write-up and SOC for tendering.
  • Responsible for product demonstration and evaluation (POC), including demo units and test plan preparation.
  • Response to customers' and partners' technical inquires.
  • Liaise with Regional and Headquarter product expert team for product competences improvement and sufficient resources allocation
  • Responsible for technical skills transferring to customer and channel partners.
  • Handle internal PO processing flow
  • Manage and escalate the technical requirements and product problems to HQ product management team.
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of customers facing experiences on IT industries, especially on the role pre-sales and customer service.
  • Have good experiences on network planning and design an application network with different technologies.

  • Have deep understanding two or more below technologies.
  • IP Networking, including the technologies of routing & switching, securities, etc.
  • Call Center, Video Conference, Telepresence, Intelligence Video Surveillance and IPT,
  • Server, Storage (SAN / NAS, Datacenter, VDI, etc.)
  • WAN Technologies (MPLS, SDH / DWDM, IP Transit)
  • Access Layer Technologies (FTTx, xDSL, MSAN)
  • CCNP / CCIE certificate is a plus
  • Experience in working with enterprise customers such as Government, Large Enterprise, Public Sector in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Confident to communicate with people in senior level e.g. CXO, Director, etc.
  • Highly result-oriented, excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must. Mandarin is preferred
  • Willing to travel when required
