Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management experience (Less experience will be considered as Boutique Supervisor)
Solid experience in retail industry, experience in fashion or luxury industry preferred
Good presentation with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Good leadership with excellent customer services skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Conduct orientation, train, coach, daily briefings and manage all boutique staff in execution of daily tasks.
Assist in staffing by ensuring compliance with Chanel’s grooming standard, conduct requirements and by scheduling of the workforce (floor facilitation, rostering, etc)
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the boutique staff to provide the same level of service.
Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
Assist Boutique Managers in monitoring the stock by maintaining, replenishing and balancing stock in-store, participating in the preparation of monthly reports when required and preventing stock loss
