Handle Human Resources work including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, training and development and staff relations, etc.
for Hong Kong and ASEAN countries.
Provide all-rounded support in C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, tax reporting, benefit administration, annual HR exercises and other C&B related matters.
Handle HRMS including data management, documentation and compilation of data for report analysis.
Provide HRBP service delivery to all business units.
Plan and organize staff activities to enhance staff relations and communication.
Prepare periodic HR reports and ad-hoc reports which are required by management.
Perform ad-hoc as assigned.
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline will be a plus
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sizable company, preferably with hands-on experience in C&B (including payroll)
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR legislations in HK.
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and HRMS).
Good command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
