Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses.
In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
Assign tasks to catering attendants as team leader and provide assistance to Catering Attendants
Monitor the progress of tasks to be completed on time and according to established standards
Conduct the on-the-job training and support to all newcomers
Perform duty of general Catering Attendant in daily operations if needed
Responsible for technical tasks of deep-cleaning or other and special tasks
Monitor and uphold working condition of tools and equipment at all times
Record and store the lost and found property and report irregularities to the superior
Assist supervisors in checking regularly to ensure sufficient stock of cleaning supplies
Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor or above from time to time
With 3 years relevant experience in hotels or catering establishments
Thorough knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation standards
With experience in handling rostering, paperwork and equipped with basic computer skills
With experience in execution of HACCP standard is preferred
