Lead all team members to perform their work functions, plan and allocate resources to areas concerned in a flexible, timely and correct manner.
Analyze potential areas and develop continuous improvement plans to achieve smooth e-commerce fulfillment centre operations, including but not limited to picking accuracy, on-time completion, stock availability & operations productivity, etc.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members aiming to upgrade their work capability and improve the overall standard
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
Liaise between supervisors and other team members who work for different work shifts with management
Establish effective communication with e-commerce fulfillment centre, delivery teams and store outlets, and tackle issues to ensure fulfillment of service commitments to customers.
Estimate and update the daily and next-day projection to make sure all works fulfill 100% of the daily target and keep management and peers posted.
Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations and validations
Investigate incidents and take appropriate corrective / preventive actions promptly
Execute employee disciplinary actions in accordance with the company policy when necessary
Ensure all direct and indirect labors have correct understanding on occupational health and safety standard as well as food safety standard
5.5 days’ work week (6 days a week and 5 days a week on alternate weeks basis)
F.5 / F.6 standard or above
Demonstrate knowledge in putting, distribution, transport, inventory and supply chain processes
Minimum 2 years of solid experience in warehouse or ecommerce management
Knowledge of PC applications and modern warehouse management system
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Teamwork oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
Proactive, responsible, and willing to work under pressure
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available is preferred
