Assistant Client Manager Global Banking Division Global Banking COO Office Hang Seng's Global Banking business provides a broad spectrum of financing solutions to large corporations and financial institutions.

As a strategic financial partner to corporate customers, Hang Seng offers a comprehensive range of products and services including bilateral and syndication loans, project financing, property development financing, property investment loans, working capital financing, trade financing, cash management and treasury products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Client Manager. Principal responsibilities

  • Engage new and existing global banking customers in the completion of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) profiles for account opening, periodic review and trigger review
  • Work closely with business units and offshore functional teams to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) check on clients
  • Act as dedicated point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Adhere strictly to comply with regulatory, Group and the Bank's requirements
  • Complete the assigned projects / tasks on time and deliver the quality services to counterparts
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in banking industry
  • Sound knowledge of commercial banking products is a must
  • Good understanding of Customer Due Diligence and local Anti-Money Laundering requirement
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Proficient In MS Office and Outlook
  • Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese spoken and written
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
