Develop and implement short and long term marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver the key performance indicators of the card business.
Take the lead to monitor marketing campaigns’ performance and competitiveness
Enhance product features and value propositions to revitalize the overall card’s brand image and usage preference.
Formulate portfolio management strategies to aggressively grow account receivables, increase card usage and profitability.
Formulate customer engagement strategies and programs for both new accounts and inactive accounts to encourage continuous card usage and increase active ratio.
Drive new initiatives and participate in new product development and system / process enhancement projects.
Prepare relevant business proposals and tracking reports for presentation to the senior management.
Analyze customer / product MIS to understand customer behavior and trend for continuous improvement of the designated areas of card business.
Control and manage the marketing budget and ensure effectiveness of every marketing campaign.
Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in promoting retail banking products, preferable card products
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
