Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support including office supplier, equipment maintenance, record updates and report preparation
  • Provide support in business travel management
  • Perform backup receptionist duties including guest greeting, mailing and courier services, conference room booking, maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of facilities, etc
  • Other ad-hoc tasks designated by supervisor
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Cheerful personality, polite manner and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Holidays : Bank Holiday
