We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as PayMe Product Delivery Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • With a keen passion in automation, build self-organizing teams and find automated methods to solve problems
  • Manage the delivery of multiple complex product initiatives using agile principles and methods ensuring alignment of priorities and vision
  • Enable autonomy by empowering teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement
  • Manage the delivery of multiple complex product initiatives to our customers
  • Understand and communicate complex, digital, technical, engineering issues
  • Act as a servant leader to your team owning their roadblocks and challenges and find resolutions persistently and proactively
  • Work directly with various stakeholders across multiple competencies and geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers, Developers to create predictable product increments and manage the transition from ideation through to design and delivery
  • Ensure awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communications on the project status throughout its lifecycle
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team
  • Lead retrospectives to identify successful behavior and structural pain points
  • Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
  • Contribute to business cases or feasibility studies by providing context and data to underpin assumptions
  • Supporting the delivery production line ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers
  • Requirements

  • Advanced practitioner of agile principles and methods
  • Strong skills to lead teams and motivate others to achieve objectives
  • Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles, remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to interact professionally with an array of business users
  • Experience in Agile Project methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence
  • Keen understanding of User Experience and User Interface design and its value in creating great digital experiences
  • Understands different mindsets and analyses options to develop implementable solutions
  • Gains a clear understanding of others' point of view by listening, asking clarifying questions and reflecting back, encourages and facilitates open and honest debate with tact and integrity
  • Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience
  • Builds effective working relationships with analysis and design teams in our delivery partners and works well with external partners
  • Self-awareness with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development
  • Experience of planning and prioritizing their own time effectively, aware of their responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently
  • Experience of working on complex projects with multiple workstreams
  • Ability to understand and articulate risks and propose solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills particularly in communication, workshop facilitation and consensus building
