Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, staff relation, leave management, medical insurance, visa application, payroll & MPF, taxation, maintain proper p-file system, etc
  • Provide administative support including courier arrangements, housekeeping, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and supplies, business travelling, etc
  • Check and verify invoices relating to human resources and administrative expenses
  • Handle ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2-3 years HR experiences in apparel industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, advanced use of Excel & Chinese word processing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good multitasking skills, independent, well organized and proactive
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Holidays : Bank Holiday
