The Undergraduate Office of the CUHK Business School, a vibrant and an energetic office, is looking for a Project Co-ordinator II in the Student Development and Career Planning team, whose major duties are to provide support to undergraduate students for their whole person development, increase their engagement in the community and assist them in a great variety of internship programmes.

  • The appointee will provide administrative duties to (a) plan and organise student activities, including but not limited to workshops, career forums and mentorship programmes;
  • b) support and co-ordinate student career development programmes; (c) career advising; (d) liaison with external and internal stakeholders;
  • and (e) undertake other duties assigned.

  • Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years' post-qualification experience; (iii) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua);
  • iv) outstanding interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; (v) self-motivation with the ability to work independently, under pressure and multi-task within tight deadlines;
  • and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and ownership at work. Relevant experience or commercial exposure in human resources, training and development, external relations and / or event management will be advantageous.

    Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for written tests and / or interviews, as appropriate. Applicants must submit copies of certificates showing that they have fulfilled the academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications may NOT be considered.

    Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
