  • Job Description

  • To lead a small team on management development and training to banking staff, including soft skills, management skills, leadership skills, etc.
  • To formulate training plan, staff development and talent management issues
  • To analyse the training and development needs of user departments, conduct training design and training evaluation
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Finance or HR disciplines,
  • At least 8 years relevant experience in management / staff training and staff development with working experience in banking & finance environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Putunghua)
