We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as PayMe Tech Lead .

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage a development team to support product development in an agile devops cycle.
  • Own the technology lifecycle including design, development and support for digital products in line with agreed standards & technology strategy
  • Develop new functions and facilities and the ongoing systems support of live systems.
  • Work with teams including engineers and in some cases other Individual Contributors such as Development Specialists, Project Managers, Relationship Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Test Specialists or Consultants.
  • Ensure that systems delivered, usually in large scale, meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget to an agreed level of quality.
  • Set up work practices, implement standards and quality monitoring in technology, during development, implementation and daily use.
  • Requirements

  • Strong working experience in all aspects of Tier 1 applications
  • Demonstrated successful records of rapidly building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Past history of strong understanding of strategic planning, including managing business change, business process and business cases
  • Proven working experience of current and strategic trends in key sectors of Information Technology industry
  • Strong track record in technical expertise in multiple Information Technology roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for Information Technology investments and alternatives in the language of business
  • Well proven ability to understand and interpret complex business and Information Technology requirements
  • Very strong ability to assess Information Technology trends
  • Good negotiation, influencing and mediation skills
