Payoneer is looking for an Inside Sales Lead that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment, to be part of the sales leadership team in APAC.

The Inside Sales Lead will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives in APAC.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with business development, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Attention to detail, process oriented, pipeline focused and sales oriented will be key attributes for this role.

This role has APAC coverage and will lead a developing Inside Sales Team. As a team leader you will be responsible for motivating and driving the Inside Sales team towards their goals and targets but also be hands on as part of the sales effort to generate leads and close targeted prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Asia Pacific Inside Sales and team and help build a world class Inside Sales and organization
  • Ensure acceleration of business development and successfully drive gains in revenue, market share and profit performance
  • Set and communicate a clear and strategic sales vision for the team
  • Build consistency across the region and build on / promote best practices
  • Train and coach both existing and new team members
  • Directly sell to leads that are qualified for Payoneer (EBU / Non-Enterprise Segment)
  • Work with the cross functional teams to qualify potential of leads from relevant programs, initiatives and campaigns
  • Enrich leads database by researching external website
  • Accomplish targeted sales goals and execute company’s business development plan
  • Research and identify newer market segment to expand our product and services
  • Create and maintain call scripts and apply global learnings and insights
  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Developing and coach all staff under supervision
  • Regular progress reporting, presentation updates and pipeline management
  • The role will report to the APAC Enterprise VP
  • Skills, Qualification and Experience

  • A Bachelor degree and / or above
  • 7+ years’ experience leading a diverse Inside Sales team focused on Enterprise acquisition
  • Proven track record in building a business that will contribute to the APAC regions overall goals and sustainable lead generation
  • Good business acumen with ability to strategize and plan as well as being hands-on
  • Good understanding of the payments landscape and digital commerce market including local insight on competitors, solutions and current trends
  • Result-oriented and action-driven
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Possess great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (additional languages would be an asset)
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • A team player and a highly self-motivated individual
  • Not a must but a great advantage

  • Experience using salesforce.com or a similar CRM system
  • Experience in the Payments, Banking industry or E-commerce Industry
  • Experience with sales engaged in cross border commerce
  • Experience with data analytics & BI tools
