  • Support the Director of PvB Client Servicing &Transacting in formulating and executing the process improvement, new technology and business strategies to continuously improve client experience and operational productivity.
  • Processes

  • Preparing of regulatory reports ensure the accurate and timely preparation and filing of various regulatory reports / surveys for the bank, in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed DOIs to meet to internal and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate and work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop new processes, requirements, systems and overall arrangements in meeting local regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in rolling out relevant business & operational process and improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end processes to improve FO and client experience.
  • Ad hoc projects and reporting as requested, including participation in the automation projects
  • Risk Management

  • Foster an effective control environment. Guide CSMs and CSM Team Leaders to minimize operational risks in the Front Office, including all aspects of documentation control.
  • Implement control measures in compliance with regulations and Group Standards. Drive, implement and promote an effective risk management culture and operational framework.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.

  • Finance / CMPS / C&S, COO, BROM, Operations
  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • Degree holder in Finance / accounting or related disciplines
  • Good computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Proactive and detail minded
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage stakeholders at all level
  • Good knowledge of Private Bank operations, wealth management products and related processes
  • Strong understanding of current banking regulatory rules and regulations
