Support the Director of PvB Client Servicing &Transacting in formulating and executing the process improvement, new technology and business strategies to continuously improve client experience and operational productivity.
Preparing of regulatory reports ensure the accurate and timely preparation and filing of various regulatory reports / surveys for the bank, in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed DOIs to meet to internal and regulatory standards
Coordinate and work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop new processes, requirements, systems and overall arrangements in meeting local regulatory requirements.
Participate in rolling out relevant business & operational process and improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end processes to improve FO and client experience.
Ad hoc projects and reporting as requested, including participation in the automation projects
Foster an effective control environment. Guide CSMs and CSM Team Leaders to minimize operational risks in the Front Office, including all aspects of documentation control.
Implement control measures in compliance with regulations and Group Standards. Drive, implement and promote an effective risk management culture and operational framework.

Finance / CMPS / C&S, COO, BROM, Operations
Our Ideal Candidate
Degree holder in Finance / accounting or related disciplines
Good computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
Proactive and detail minded
Good time management and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage stakeholders at all level
Good knowledge of Private Bank operations, wealth management products and related processes
Strong understanding of current banking regulatory rules and regulations
