We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Branch Operations(Project).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Project management such as confirm requirement, user testing, training and implementation plan
  • Manage technology devices update / evergreen, adhere to group standard / cyber security requirement
  • Manage branch operational risk in accordance with HSBC and regulatory requirements and policies
  • Develop branch network strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize processes
  • Identify any possible compliance deficiencies related to branch operations and proactively recommend corrective actions
  • Drive a continuous quality improvement and service excellence culture across branch network and processes
  • Streamline process to achieve efficiency gain through automation, standardization and channel migration
  • Optimize branch distribution network and create the best in class branch premises for customers and branch network staff
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders and foster relationships with business partners / functional heads to support the branch network distribution strategy
  • Monitor KPIs, initiatives and key issues relating to service standards and customer feedbacks
  • Formulate reinforcements and communications to build a service culture and raise awareness
  • Lead RTD service representatives to ensure orchestrated strategies and deliveries across all streams
  • Work with different stakeholders to drive service excellence in operations
  • Requirements

  • University degree or relevant post graduate qualification
  • Extensive and solid relevant experience in the field of Banking and Financial Services and branch management
  • Sound knowledge on branch operational control and risk with demonstrated capabilities
  • Solid experience in the financial or banking sector
  • Excellent planning and organizing capability
  • Good knowledge on staff learning and development plus good understanding on branch level Good analytical and problem solving skill
  • Able to drive results and work independently
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English
