What you will do :

  • Ensure that the relevant information of all allocated Accounts is being up dated regularly in the manual records and electronic database system.
  • Respond to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensure information / messages are accurately received and relayed to the managers concerned in a timely manner.
  • To provide secretarial support to the Director of Events and the Events team.
  • What you should have :

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations in a luxury international brand hotel.
  • Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
  • Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio / Delphi / RESERVE will be an asset.
