Officer, Customer Service (Policy Administration)

  • Handle financial and non-financialDirect Marketing policy servicing transactions in administration system in complying to the process guidelines, target turnaround time
  • Report and escalate the daily operations issues to team leader and further propose any improvements for management review
  • Collaborate with business partner or different internal team to deliver quality customer service
  • Record policy transaction and enquiry for management reports
  • Handle customer / business partner / regulator enquiry through different means, such as walk in, phone, fax, email, etc.
  • to deliver excellent customer service

  • Participate in service enhancement or ad hoc projects
  • Being a team player to back up other functions for service continuity purpose
  • Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Holder of IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF(Sr. Asso.) qualifications or other related professional / insurance status is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance industry
  • Knowledge in Direct Marketing products
  • Knowledge of System processing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & Word
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
