Our client, a famous machinery manufacturer & trading company is now looking for suitable candidates as the following :
As a generalist covering full spectrum of HR functions, employee engagement activities, etc
Be the bridge of communication and key contact for south&southeast Asia area in all Human Resources areas
Participate in the design and tracking of incentive / bonus programs for all applicable employee groups.
Handle annual salary reviews and promotion processes to recommend plans and guidelines for improvement, review and renew programs through market survey data, best practices and business strategies and recommend improvement regularly.
Handle reports and analysis for forecasting of people resources, threats and opportunities
Assist and participate in ad-hoc projects pursuant to Company’s objectives
Bachelor degree holder
Minimum 8 years working experience in managing Compensation & Benefits and payroll teams ( HR ), of which at least of 5 years’ experience in regional team lead capacity.
Strong business acumen and working knowledge of Benefit regulations, market trends, and program design across the South Asia area.
A thorough understanding of Human Resources laws and policies and the ability to monitor and support legal and ethical business practices for Human Resources related issues.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving as well as leadership skills.
Excellent command of both verbal and written English & Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to travel overseas occasionally (Eg : India, Vietnam )
