We have a unique opportunity for a Marketing Specialist (APAC) to join our Global Marketing Team. The candidate hired will be based in our Asia Pacific Headquarter in Hong Kong and take part in shaping the demand and lead generation strategy for our business in Asia Pacific.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, results-driven professional ready to support the development of our marketing tactics for APAC and will take a hands-
on role in executing the marketing programs. With the goal of developing marketing programs to support expansion and growth of our services and products, the candidate will drive awareness and demand of our brand across Asia Pacific through classic and new marketing channels.
He / she will be responsible for the implementation of account-based marketing tactics, lead-generation strategies and lead nurturing campaigns to create sales opportunities.
Working closely with sales and product strategists, this position will ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and achieve measurable ROI.
Occasional travel to our global offices is required.
Develop and execute regional marketing programs to build and accelerate pipeline
Maintain a deep cross-functional partnership with regional managers and teams to design powerful strategies. Establishing, alignment, great communication and trust with these groups will be critical to success.
Drive localized marketing plans and campaigns that increase awareness
Support content development for APAC specifically to produce high-quality & culturally appealing design and content for website, blog, social media, brochure, adverts, etc.
Lead the development of a digital strategy for Asia and manage execution for the Mainland China market
Plan, advise, and implement digital marketing tactics in APAC with a strong focus on email, social media and PPC
Traffic prospects through the sales funnel by developing nurturing programs for existing and new leads
Play a key role in developing brand and product messaging for the Greater China region, acting as a quality check point for all promotional output
Analyze campaign results and metrics to improve performance
Measure and report the impact and results of Marketing programs to stakeholders and the global marketing team
Accumulate regional / local information that contributes to market knowledge and supports the regional marketing activities
Participate in regular marketing and regional sales meetings present impact of marketing efforts on sales pipeline, identify gaps and advise on revision of marketing strategies
Monitor and analyze marketing activity of core competition in target markets
Apply strong analytical mindset to evaluate UX across various channels and touch points
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing or a B2B demand generation role, preferably in Technology or Financial / Professional Services
Strong Mandarin and English language skills, traditional and simplified written language skills or Japanese language skills are a plus
Deep understanding of core marketing concepts and how to build awareness
Strong digital marketing skillset with a focus on Asian markets and the ambition to keep learning
Demonstrated experience partnering with sales leaders
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and organization skills with attention to detail
Ability to think critically and make optimization decision based on data analytics
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines and objectives
