He / she is required to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of digital business strategy, processes, services and the context in which the business operates and support Product Owner to execute the Digital Roadmap.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesBusiness AnalysisAnalyze and document basic requirements and business processesCreate basic technical and functional user documentationWork closely with the Product Owner to manage internal and external customer enhancement requests and expectationsIn charge of taking User Requirements analysis for digital projects, bridge the gap between technology, internal team and end usersGather requirements from a variety of sources to support product development processResearch and analyze products for new features based on requirements, maintain stakeholder expectations and raise appropriate issues and recommendation to product owner for resolutionStakeholders ManagementDevelop trusted advisor relationship with stakeholders through effective communication and efficient, quality execution on projectsDigital UI / UX Design & ImplementationDrive the UI / UX design, content, review of test cases, manage projects scope and acceptanceParticipate in QA / UAT TestAnalyze pattern and trends on positive / negative of user behavior based on analytics outcomeProvide insights, analysis and recommendations to improve product performance, conversion strategiesTake initiative in resolving issues in a timely manner RequirementsPrepare materials & conduct briefing and training to key stakeholders on new features & functions releasedJob RequirementsBachelor degree holder in Business, IT or equivalent experience requiredA minimum of 4 years of experience in digital project / product development experienceExperience using Agile SCRUM development processes, ability to manage medium to large projectsKnowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle and associated methodologies that are helpfulStrong planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectivelyStrong analytical, problem-
solving skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and ability to work independentlyUnderstanding of gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories / functional specificationsExperience in Agile Methodology and tools (e.
