As part of the Club's Membership, Strategic Marketing and Branding Division, the Membership CRM & Intelligence Department plays an essential role in providing quality decisive analytics to achieve customer experience excellence for all HKJC Members and their families.
You will :
You will provide a high standard of professional services to stakeholders in the Club by undertaking the following activities :
Provide professional advice and foster consultative partnership with internal stakeholders in Membership
Translate key insights and modelling output to business decisions / actions and campaign targeting for capturing revenue opportunities
Develop advanced analytics methodologies to provide senior management with key performance metrics and insights in support of business decisions, including but not limited to business plan, feasibility study, behavioral analysis, product analysis, marketing campaign effectiveness and KPI tracking.
Recommend and define business logics and processes to support governance of data quality
You should have :
A degree conferred by a reputable university, preferably in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, MIS, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines
Minimum 8-10 years* of proven CRM and analytical background with sound experience in providing insights to senior management through analyzing information from various sources;
Experiences in predictive analytics is a credit
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
Sound understanding on data quality governance and quality assurance execution
Hands-on experience of relational database, to be able to understand, maintain and compose sophisticated SQL scripts
Capability in handling voluminous data and writing efficient queries
Solid experiences in using MS Excel, MS Access and SQL for business practices. Knowledge and experiences in using SPSS and Tableau is a plus
