Position Responsibilities

  • Handle all the inbound and outbound calls for Customer properly and promptly in the operation centre
  • Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive solution, enabling the customer to enjoy the professional service
  • Update and close all the cases in system or files properly
  • Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by manager
  • Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience

  • Associate Degree or above in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year’s working experience
  • Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner, good analytical skill, attentive to details
  • Proactive, eager to learn, willing to work under pressure, pleasant personality
  • Good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
