Your Key Responsibilities
Support our sales representatives in Asia
Be an active part of our Sales Team
Support and expansion of our existing customer activities
Processing customer orders and liaising with EBV departments (Sales Operations, Purchasing and Logistics)
Achieve EBV’s agreed supplier objectives
Ensuring that quote and order entry into the sales system is completed in a timely manner
Proactive backlog management (monitoring of orders, shipping dates, price changes, etc.)
Determine customer discounts and write new contracts
Your Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience, preferably in technical sales within the electronics or component market
Personable and driven
Strong command of MS Office with emphasis on Excel
SAP skills are a plus
Ability to quickly learn new practices and systems
Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent intercultural skills
Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Fresh graduate will also be considered
