Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to Technology team
  • Provide support to office administration such as ordering and managing stationery, office & pantry supplies, postage, meeting rooms reservations
  • Raise requests via Online systems for arranging laptops, system accounts and access rights, access cards to team members
  • Apply and manage budgets and ordering via Online systems
  • Arrange Air tickets, hotels and transportation for team members
  • On roster to be receptionist at Front office desk (Roughly one to two times each month. Each time half day)
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Person Specifications :

  • F.5 or above with at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player
  • Independent, well-organized and dynamic to cope with fast pace environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Well versed in MS Powerpoint, Google Slides and Google Workspace is highly preferred
