Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to Technology team

Provide support to office administration such as ordering and managing stationery, office & pantry supplies, postage, meeting rooms reservations

Raise requests via Online systems for arranging laptops, system accounts and access rights, access cards to team members

Apply and manage budgets and ordering via Online systems

Arrange Air tickets, hotels and transportation for team members

On roster to be receptionist at Front office desk (Roughly one to two times each month. Each time half day)

Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Person Specifications :

F.5 or above with at least 4 years of relevant experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills

A good team player

Independent, well-organized and dynamic to cope with fast pace environment

Fluent in English

Well versed in MS Powerpoint, Google Slides and Google Workspace is highly preferred
