Return to Work is a supportive talent initiative that is designed to help women transition from a professional hiatus into a career within financial services.
Returning women represent a rich talent pool that can help overcome skills gaps, increase gender representation in the organizational and enhance generational inclusion.
We provide a 6-month structured program for returning professionals to develop their careers while gaining access to :
Participants who successfully pass the program will be offered full-time employment with Citi.
