EOI - Regional Data Manager Job ID 45942 Posted 04-Jan-2022 Areas of Interest Data & Analytics Location(s) Hong Kong - Hong Kong The Role : Regional Data Manager The Location : Hong Kong The Team / The Business : You will be working with a group of highly dedicated individuals on data related to lease and portfolio data of our client a large & prestigious Financial MNC’s real estate portfolio.

What you will be working on :

  • Single point of contact for the clients Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Team in the region in relation to all Data Management related matters and questions
  • Effectively managing relationships with Responsible Parties to ensure the Data Management standard operating procedures are fully followed
  • Accountable for portfolio and lease administration data integrity in the region; regularly reviews Data Management system to ensure high quality of the data
  • Actively driving CRE and Responsible Parties performance in relation to Data Management activity
  • Regional owner of portfolio reporting; accountable for accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all regular outputs as well as ad-hoc data delivery requests
  • Regional point of escalation for all queries relating to portfolio data and the Data Management technology platform
  • Closely monitors progress of any Data Management change requests and proactively supports Data Management teams in securing information required to close out system updates, lease abstraction and data clean-up activities
  • Coordinates required training to Responsible Parties and provides technology support as a technology platform super user in the region
  • Prepares, coordinates & leads Regional Data Management monthly meetings; tracks meeting actions and attendance on behalf of Regional Lead
  • Facilitates communication in the region in relation to Data Management related matters, including key priorities and initiatives;
  • ensures Responsible Parties are well informed about new data requirements and process changes

  • Owns Data Management KPI monitoring and reporting on a regional level
  • Working closely with the Clients Technology Support team, drives process improvements and development of new technology solutions
  • Provide ad-hoc support for requests involving lease portfolio data
  • You are someone with :

  • A strong understanding in the use, development and capture of data related to real estate operations
  • Outstanding communication, decision making and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management capability and can influence decision making process in a matrix environment
  • A detailed mind and can spot discrepancies in a glimpse; ability to understand the cause of the discrepancies and navigate through mass amount of data
  • The ability to make sense of the data and present insights from various perspectives
  • Proven experience in engaging with Senior Executives across the business; you are precise and concise in delivering vital information to decision makers
  • Excellent time management skills. You can work on multiple dataset at the same time and can seamlessly shift gear in between different tasks
  • Proficient with technology (databases) and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
