Analyse the 10 best and worst products per season and ensure similar products are not being repeated.
Understand what and who is driving your business
Review performance of price points to optimise and balance profitability and sales
Propose winning programs and products to build and expand on
Negotiate prices and adjust style details to achieve overall mark up
Participate in meetings with Controllers to follow up on goals for budget, mark-up, price and articles.
Review and check all sales man samples before they are sent to sales team. Approve to PVL once confirmed.
Maintain Product and Colour Master and update on a regular basis
Receive and check shipment samples 2 weeks before the products are ex-factory and communicate any issues to production teams
Arrange samples requested by customers and pass to Merchandiser-Sales to distribute
Carefully follow selling at each launch and prepare winner / loser report
Analyse and report the launch sales results and action strategy to react to business trends and maximise in season sales
Form 5 or above
At least 2 years experience in fashion buying environment
Strong process and organizational skills
Good numerical sense and analytical mind
Strong commercial market sense
Self- motivated, team player with strong presentation and communication skills
Good command of both English & Cantonese
