Responsibilities :

Review capital account and financial statements for fund books

Monitor capital call and distributions

Oversight on fund cashflow, credit, and operations

Review SPV financial reports under various accounting standards

Requirements :

3 years+ experience working either as an external auditor in Big 4, with proven experience in auditing private equity clients, or fund administrator / accountant with direct exposure to PE funds

CPA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
