Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
The mission of the position is to build a quality, brand building network that is capable of generating sales volumes that meet company financial projections for his / her group.
The Account Manager must strive to support adidas vision to become the No.1 sports brand in Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities : Planning
Formulate and develop sales strategies to build the adidas brands and to meet sales target from designated key accounts
Coordinates & manages the timely execution of forecasting in conjunction with the Business Cycle Calendar
Performs and updates forecasting
Executes each season’s future order sales / shipping plan
Plan & execute the channel-specific activities to the designated accounts in order to drive the sell-thru performance
Reports to upper sales management on market intelligence
Manages the designated Accounts in terms of sales volume, shelf space and brand presence
Manages the call off / stock balance status
Provides inputs in the strategic management of account segmentation
Communicates & coordinates sales developments with Visual Merchandising personnel on a regular basis, includes managing visual merchandising processes regarding retailer development needs
Manages customer relationship to timely identify customer needs and deliver the brand requirements to customers.

Provides input in annual sales budget
Achieves group company margin objectives
Systems and Processes
Coordinates and oversees the account future order sales program; including preparation (forecasting) and communication
Maintains a comprehensive understanding & feedback on each season’s / month’s product flow
Ensures understanding in product flow, as well as micro & macro selling points (product v. range)
Develops & maintain an in-depth awareness of inventory structure
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience with retail or wholesale experience
University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
Sporting goods industry experience required
In-depth knowledge ofconsumer goods market and sporting goods retail & wholesales network
Fluent in English,Cantonese &Mandarin
