We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Assistant Content Planning Manager.

Principal responsibilities :

  • Work with Digital Content team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of tasks coming in through JIRA
  • Allocate work to team members and manager delivery against Service Level Agreements
  • Regularly report on velocity and capacity and mitigate bottlenecks by helping team reprioritise
  • Use Adobe Marketing Cloud tools to review and publish content
  • You will execute and deliver content journeys across the digital channels, to meet global, and local needs other functions and 3rd parties for remaining Legacy platforms
  • Provide support to development and testing teams as well as technical specialists across other functions and 3rd parties for remaining Legacy platforms
  • Lead development for small / medium projects to agreed timescales and standards
  • Create monthly / quarterly reports on burn-down rates, velocity, and capacity of team operations including delivery against SLAs and error tracking
  • Ensure all agreed deadlines are met or reprioritised with agreement from key stakeholders
  • Coach various teams on how to adopt the tools and processes and ensure the processes are being followed
  • Identification of key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies or escalating as appropriate
