The strategy and transformation role, working in partnership with cross-functional teams and members of the HK Retirement team, supports all aspects of strategies planning, formulation and execution to drive the growth of and optimize our pension and retirement businesses.

Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills Not be afraid to ask questions when in doubt Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changes and uncertainties Nice to haves : Experience in MPF / pension and life insurance industry is a definite advantage Knowledge of project management and business planning will be an advantage Experience in market / competitor research will be an advantage On the job you will : Industry and competitor analysis : Monitor and analyze the pension industry trends (Hong Kong and beyond) and market change Monitor competitors’ movement, conduct analysis and share insights which may impact our business or strategic initiatives Strategy development, strategic planning and execution : Support strategic planning and formulation.

  • Work with cross-functional teams in the development of corporate- and business-wide strategies Support the team in preparing corresponding management briefings to present findings, impact analysis and projections, and recommended actions Collaborate both internal and external stakeholders to formulate roadmap and timeline to execute proposed recommendations and strategic initiatives Monitor, control and report strategy progress : Monitor and report on strategic initiatives / deliverables progress regularly Provide proactive recommendations to drive progress, make improvement and mitigate risk Our commitment to you Our mission;
