The Opportunity

Aon Hong Kong’s Human Capital Solutions offers a breadth of specialist expertise in critical areas for HR and business leaders, including assessment, performance, rewards, and executive compensation.

This position offers an opportunity to work as a Senior Associate Consultant in our Hong Kong office, providing compensation consulting and data solutions to clients across the financial services sector.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high quality, effective solutions in the area of Performance & Rewards for the financial services sector which will include compensation survey delivery, broad based rewards, pay analysis and benchmarking, incentive plan design, performance management and KPI development.
  • Manage data solutions and products in the broader financial services domain comprising of survey production, analysis, and insight generation.
  • Deliver projects / modules independently ensuring high quality, timelines, and profitability.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship through successful project delivery.
  • Able to display strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborate across Human Capital Solutions to develop client solutions.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in financial services is desirable. An interest in compensation consulting and financial services is essential.
  • HR or business analyst experience will be highly regarded.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team on multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
