Liaise, steer and influence policy development to provide best in class product offerings and services in GBA.

Anticipate, identify and strategize on regulatory and legislative challenges and opportunities that have the potential to impact the Bank, our employees and our customers.
Monitor regulatory, government and other relevant policies in relation to GBA and assess how policy changes could impact the Bank, our employees and our customers.
Build understanding of the regulatory framework and all relevant policies; translate and highlight the relevancy to the respective businesses.

Promote and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and keep abreast of business changes and innovations and to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Liaise and interact actively with the respective business / country finance teams on cost management.
