As the Professional Services Field Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) that ensure customers get the most value from their Google Cloud Platform and G Suite investments.
This people manager will lead and mentor a team of TAMs, doing delivery work themselves when necessary, to establish deep and lasting customer relationships by providing customers with technical and project management leadership which aligns directly to the customers’ larger business objectives.
To be successful, you will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally that will help you to deliver on the business requirements and goals of senior business executives and IT stakeholders at your customers.
Building on this knowledge, you will work with your team to develop a strategic roadmap and facilitate customers’ digital transformation and migration to Google Cloud Platform and G Suite solutions.
As the Field Lead, you will be responsible for the ongoing transformation of your customers and the long term success of the accounts in your region.
You will also actively share best practices with your counterparts in other regions and will place an emphasis on shared success across your team and across regions.
