What you will be doing :
Understand the trading business and technical environment supporting it
Provide technical support to the client's operations and make sure an incident is resolved in due time in case of technical environment issue, ensure that Service Level Agreements are met
Participate in Incident Management and Problem Management of client's application operations
Interact with functional and technical escalation teams for Incident Management and Problem
Propose workarounds, mitigation within the Valdi Global Market Trading ecosystem
Escalate Software Malfunctions and interact with development team and Improve monitoring, automations for recurring activities
Assist Application -Change team for implementations.
What you bring :
Min 5 years of experience in application support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Working understanding of GNU / Linux (bash / perl scripting, vi, sed ) as a user,
Ability to handle stressful situations such as heavy workload, pressure of high-impact production issues
Good English and communication skills (verbal and written).
Good team player
