The BA Hong Kong Lead is accountable for leading the support of the Pfizer Biopharmaceutical Business of Hong Kong with high quality delivery of BA services (data analytics, primary & secondary market research, reporting, data procurement / stewardship, Data Science / AI and customer insights).
The Hong Kong BA leader will work with HK Biopharma leadership to understand their strategic business needs and then appropriately frame issues and deliver actionable insights.
Proper execution of this role will result in superior performance of the HK Biopharma business.
Role definition and Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to :
1. Serve as a strategic analytic advisor to Biopharma leadership in Hong Kong, by proactively engaging and partnering with business colleagues to identify and prioritize business challenges and then develop analytically-
based solutions that drive informed decision making.

3. Actively seek opportunities to work with Commercial Operations to identify opportunities to implement solutions and services that build on analytic insights.
4. Be an active member of the Emerging Market Country BA Leadership team. Share knowledge of successful analytics and insights with other markets.

PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred in a quantitative discipline.
Fluency in English and Cantonese (or Mandarin) Chinese required.
