Degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
1 to 3 years of work experience in accounting
Work experience in Aviation industry or Express / Logistics industry(DEL : : DEL) will be an advantage
Student member / Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent would be a plus
Good knowledge of accounting standards
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficient in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Be independent, detailed and efficient

YOUR TASKS Working Location : Chek Lap Kok Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting & Controlling, Aviation, Asia Pacific, this is a regional role responsible for optimizing cash flow, generating accurate and fair monthly aviation cost and revenue reports as well as produce trend analyses for Asia Pacific region as and when required. Verifying all invoices against contracts, closely communicate with vendors / suppliers on invoicing issues
Handling and monitoring timely AP payments
Preparing payment journals in SUN system
Preparing monthly journals for dedicated air costs, accruing for incurred costs not invoiced accurately and timely Financial Analysis and Reporting
Preparing monthly reports and analyses on Air Capacity Sales revenue and kilos
Analyzing month to month variance on dedicated air costs
Provide route cost performance analysis on AP network flights
Ad hoc trend analyses when required Budgeting and Forecasting
Supporting budget planning and forecasting mainly on dedicated air costs
Assisting the team to submit budget to Global Finance on time Compliance
Assist the Senior Manager in monitoring internal control procedure in accordance with Company compliance policy Adhoc Analytical Support (for Network Planning and Commercial)
Provide analytical support to assist business decisions
