Job Description

  • Provide support on a full spectrum of recruitment activities including preparation of job advertisement, CV screening, conduct phone calls and face to face interviews;
  • Work proactively to source suitable candidates to cope with the manpower requirements of various projects
  • Sourcing and evaluating the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
  • General administrative works. Filling, scanning and typing etc.
  • Assist and participate in ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirement :

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Communication or Human Resources, related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, Fresh Graduate welcome
  • Strong organizing skills and initiative
  • Cheerful, creative, talkative, sociable with good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
