Provide support on a full spectrum of recruitment activities including preparation of job advertisement, CV screening, conduct phone calls and face to face interviews;
Work proactively to source suitable candidates to cope with the manpower requirements of various projects
Sourcing and evaluating the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
General administrative works. Filling, scanning and typing etc.
Assist and participate in ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement :
Degree holder in Business Administration, Communication or Human Resources, related disciplines
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, Fresh Graduate welcome
Strong organizing skills and initiative
Cheerful, creative, talkative, sociable with good communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
Immediate available would be an advantage
