The Corporate Programme Management Office ( CPMO ) serves as the centralised Project Management Office for the Club's Strategic Programmes (SP).
Principal responsibilities are to ensure that Scope, Schedule, Cost and Risk are monitored for the SP's as well as reported to various Governance bodies.
The Senior Administrative Officer ("SAO") will report to the Executive Manager, Technical Services & Project Risk Management ("EMTS&PRM") and will be responsible for working with different CPMO colleagues to provide administrative & logistic support, coordination and organisation of workshops and project related meetings, assist in the preparation of project related documents and perform office administrative tasks.
You will :
Provide administrative and logistics support including preparing correspondence, handling business claims, travel arrangement and incoming mails, as well as calendar and meeting management
Coordinate and support workshops and project related meetings. Prepare meeting presentation materials, agenda, minutes and action logs
Develop flowchart, detailed document log, maintain and control systematic filing system
Prepare regular reports as needed
Perform office administrative tasks and assist in ad hoc assignment
You should have :
University Degree qualification
At least 5-10 years of project management and administrative experience
Experience in supporting senior management / executives in sizable organization
Good presentation and interpersonal skills, mature and resourceful, quick in response and action with high accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Multi-media presentation tools and Chinese word processing, etc.
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
