Customer Officer (Premium Servicing)

Your role

Provide an professional customer service to our premium customer;

Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer disputes or complaint cases

Summarize, analyze and identify issues from customer cases

Provide recommendation from customer perspectives for Team Manager / Sales Manager in order to enhance the team work quality and efficiency

Implement on-going service improvement initiatives

To succeed in this role

Certificate holder or above

Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills

Fluent English and Chinese communication skills would be essential

Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Required shift and holiday work

Guaranteed on-target commission $2,500 on monthly basis
