Supervise and lead a team of CSRs to deliver efficient quality customer service, answer on-line enquiries on credit card, banking products and marketing programs
Capable to handle complaint and ensure customer satisfaction
Diploma or above with 3 yrs. experience in banking or customer service field
Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Knowledgeable about Chinese word processing, MS Office, & etc.
Mature personality, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Willing to perform shift duties, including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
About Work :
Five working days per week with 8-9 working hours per shift
Working Location : Kwun Tong
