Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and lead a team of CSRs to deliver efficient quality customer service, answer on-line enquiries on credit card, banking products and marketing programs
  • Capable to handle complaint and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or above with 3 yrs. experience in banking or customer service field
  • Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Knowledgeable about Chinese word processing, MS Office, & etc.
  • Mature personality, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to perform shift duties, including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
  • About Work :

  • Five working days per week with 8-9 working hours per shift
  • Working Location : Kwun Tong
