What is the opportunity?

As the Administrator, Transaction Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the transaction management services with clients and meet the deliverables cut-off time and assist the manager to ensure team efficiency, accuracy, effectiveness and to reduce operational risks.

What will you do?

  • Prepare daily transactions, payments, invoicing and office administration works that ae handled by HK Transaction Management
  • Ensure all deliverables cut-off are met
  • Follow with relevant parties for any non-reconciled items
  • Assist manager for the team quality and performance
  • Assist manager to perform some relevant tasks for monitoring the daily tasks performed by Trade Capture Team in Malaysia
  • Involvement in key quality and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Assist manager to implement new procedures, projects and etc.
  • What do you need to succeed?

    Must-have

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in financial market, client relationship and operations environment with good business acumen
  • Good knowledge on fund industry and financial market
  • Good knowledge on placing trade instruction with external Fund Houses and Transfer Agency
  • Knowledge in handling trade and FX transactions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in computer literacy
  • Strong sense of responsibility, a well-organized person with good team spirit
  • Independent, confident, self-motivated, pro-active and mature
  • Nice-to-have

  • Post-Secondary or University degree Education with an accounting / finance or business concentration or equivalent experience
