We are now seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our business operations in Hong Kong.

Your Role

In this role, you will provide quality HR advice to the business managers, and ensure all corporate and local regulations are complied with.

You will also manage all core HR functions and work with the specialist regional HR team on projects when required.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee all generalist HR issues in collaboration with the HR specialists
  • Coach managers on effective performance management, development programs and salary reviews
  • Implement HR roadmap to support the delivery of KPIs and business goals
  • Ensure best practice in talent sourcing to acquire the right candidates
  • Responsible for the compliance of employment practices with corporate guidelines and local legislation
  • Your Skills and Experiences

    To be considered, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role and possess sound knowledge of employment legislation.

    You demonstrate the ability to translate business and HR strategies into practical solutions, and are able to engage key decision makers on HR matters.

    Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
