Duties :

  • Drive PR and marketing promotions in Hong Kong, with a focus on building brand awareness and driving traffic
  • Plan and execute all events, which include seasonal offsite shopping days and collaborations
  • Manage the smooth communication flow with the team on the execution of all marketing and PR / Social initiatives, by providing quick response, consolidating all information and sharing appropriately
  • Work closely with the countries on ensuring their PR plans are in-line with the global programme, and execute the PR programme for Hong Kong in terms of press days, loans, press release push, and follow-ups
  • Manage the regional social media calendar, working closely with Hong Kong team to ensure their plans are in line with overall regional and global schedules, and executing the social media plan for Hong Kong
  • Manage Hong Kong gifting plans and executions throughout the year
  • Own Hong Kong monthly marketing and PR / social media reports
  • Analyse and review past performance of events, programs and promotions and provide insightful and costed recommendations to direct reports and stakeholders for future activity
  • Requirement :

  • 6 years minimum in a related marketing / relationship driven / project management role
  • Proven successful track record in managing third party relationships and developing positive partnerships
  • Excellent marketing experience ideally both in the Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Region
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Good budget management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
