Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the overall management and implementation of Association's HR & Admin policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Leading the overall HR & Admin functions including budgeting & financial forecast, manpower planning, performance management and staff development, office administration, audit management & compliance
  • Supervising the HR team and Administration team at Head Office on daily routine operations
  • Participating in ad hoc HR and administrative assignments and projects as required
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With at least 8 years' Human Resources & Administration specialist managerial experience in a sizable company
  • Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Company Ordinance and other related Ordinances
  • Managerial experience in NGO is preferable
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Self-driven, energetic and good team player
