Customer Value Management
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Data Analytics and CRM Manager
Principal responsibilities :
Keen to take initiatives to translate business problems into analytics-led solutions with appropriate methodology, manage the business application effectively and evaluate the results rigorously.
Work closely with business teams, highly sensitive to state of business and anticipative of business problems and priorities.
Conduct analysis and insight generation to explore strategic business opportunities, formulate actionable recommendations, and optimize customer contact.
Implement sales and service contact leads integrating omni-channel customer journeys to drive target business outcome
Support customer targeting programs / activities (i.e. the identification, sizing, description of new customer marketing opportunities, and performance monitoring) to achieve the business plan
Contribute to end-to-end customer engagement journey design, the required process and system development through real-time decisioning e.
g. Pega and direct / manned contact channels
Ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment
Share knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with different parties to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment
Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities
University degree in Business Administration, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in analytics of the customer life cycle management, and the application of business insight across multiple distribution channels
Comfortable with mining massive volume of data for quick insight discovery
Familiar with the application of event triggers and has spent a minimum of 2 years in campaign generation and delivery across multiple channels for Retail Banking business
Hands on experience in SAS and SQL programming, contact management infrastructure, customer facing platform and strong business acumen.
Knowledge of Big Query, Pega, R, Python and digital data an advantage.
Ability to communicate with impact, with the capacity to ensure complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to a wide and varied audience
Good interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and presentation skill
Good MS-Office skills i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
